Availability group is not ready

this suggests that the availability database on the secondary replica is not joined to the availability group. In order to do so make sure that there is enough transaction log applied to it (you can follow the links within my following url to see how to do this) and then follow these instructions Join a Secondary Database to an Availability Group (SQL Server). Once database is joined, synchronisation should start.
